ESD Note (note.estudentdevelop.com) වෙත සාදරයෙන් පිළිගනිමු. මෙම වෙබ් අඩවියට පිවිසීමෙන් සහ භාවිතා කිරීමෙන්, ඔබ පහත භාවිත නියමයන්ට එකඟ වේ. ඔබ මෙම නියමයන්ට එකඟ නොවන්නේ නම්, කරුණාකර මෙම අඩවිය භාවිතා නොකරන්න.
1. අන්තර්ගතය භාවිතා කිරීම
ESD Note හි ඇති අන්තර්ගතය (notes, papers, සහ අනෙකුත් ද්‍රව්‍ය) පුද්ගලික සහ අධ්‍යාපනික භාවිතය සඳහා පමණි. මුල් ප්‍රකාශන හිමිකරුවන්ගෙන් පැහැදිලි අවසරයකින් තොරව මෙම අඩවියේ ඇති කිසිදු ද්‍රව්‍යයක් නැවත නිෂ්පාදනය කිරීම, බෙදා හැරීම, හෝ වාණිජමය කටයුතු සඳහා යොදා ගැනීම නොකළ යුතුය.
2. බුද්ධිමය දේපළ සහ හිමිකාරිත්වය

ESD Note විසින් සියලුම අන්තර්ගතයන් “පවතින ආකාරයෙන්ම” (as is) කිසිදු වගකීමකින් තොරව සපයයි. වෙබ් අඩවියේ ඇති තොරතුරුවල නිරවද්‍යතාවය හෝ සම්පූර්ණත්වය පිළිබඳව අපි සහතික නොවෙමු. ඔබ අන්තර්ගතය භාවිතා කරන්නේ ඔබේම අවදානම මතය.
5. වගකීම් සීමා කිරීම
මෙම වෙබ් අඩවිය හෝ එහි අන්තර්ගතය භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් හෝ භාවිතා කිරීමට නොහැකි වීමෙන් සිදුවන කිසිදු හානියක් සඳහා ESD Note (සහ එහි හිමිකරු වන E Student Develop) වගකියනු නොලැබේ.
6. නියමයන් වෙනස් කිරීම
පූර්ව දැනුම්දීමකින් තොරව ඕනෑම වේලාවක මෙම නියමයන් සංශෝධනය කිරීමට අපට අයිතිය ඇත. වෙනස්කම් සිදු කිරීමෙන් පසුව වෙබ් අඩවිය දිගටම භාවිතා කිරීම මගින්, ඔබ යාවත්කාලීන කරන ලද නියමයන්ට එකඟ වූ බව සලකනු ලැබේ.
